Enrollment Terms & Conditions
By enrolling your child ("Student") in any Young Engineers – Greater Round Rock ("We/Us/Our") program, workshop, class, or event ("Program"), you ("Parent/Guardian") agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
Enrollment & Participation
- Enrollment is confirmed only after submission of the registration form and successful payment (or confirmation of a payment plan).
- We reserve the right to accept, deny, suspend, or discontinue participation for safety, behavioral, or operational reasons.
- Parents/Guardians must ensure all enrollment information is accurate and up to date.
Communication Consent
- You agree to receive communications via email, SMS, phone calls, WhatsApp, and other electronic methods.
- Messages may include updates, reminders, invoices, receipts, and announcements.
- Promotional messages are optional; operational messages are mandatory.
Payment Terms
- Fees must be paid as per the selected payment option.
- You authorize debit of tuition, installments, and outstanding balances.
- Failed payments must be resolved promptly.
- Non-payment may result in suspension.
- Fees are generally non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
Attendance & Make-Up Classes
- Parents/Guardians must ensure timely drop-off and pickup.
- Missed classes are non-refundable.
- Make-up classes may be offered based on availability.
- Classes may be rescheduled due to operational or weather reasons.
Behavior & Safety
- Students must follow instructions and behave respectfully.
- Unsafe or disruptive behavior may result in removal.
- Medical conditions or special needs must be disclosed.
Liability Waiver
- Activities involve hands-on building and small parts.
- Participation is at your and the Student's own risk.
- Liability is waived except in cases of gross negligence.
Media & Photography (Optional)
- Consent is given to use photos/videos for promotional purposes.
- Consent may be withdrawn in writing.
Materials & Intellectual Property
- All curriculum and materials are proprietary.
- Models may not be taken home unless permitted.
- Reproduction or sharing is prohibited.
Program Changes & Termination
- Schedules, instructors, or delivery methods may change.
- Cancelled programs may receive prorated refunds or credits.
- Continued participation implies acceptance of updated terms.
